Our waitress, seemed to punch in her orders at front register, and since we were closest table to register, seemed to be doing something besides waiting on customers. We hope it was a one off, and they were just short of staff, they seemed to be training 2 hostesses or waitresses. No offer to refill empty water glasses, and after first night, skipped the offer of pie. Almost 30 minutes before dinner came out, and another 30 minutes before she gave us our check. Sat for 15 minutes before waitress acknowledged us and took our order, luckily someone else at least brought us water. Went back 2 nights later, and this time had a 45 minute wait, but it was senior day. Service was good, dinner was good, salad, baked potato, veggies and prime rib. First night was fine, 25 - 30 minute wait, not full, tables spread out, not sure if wait had to to with staffing, or wanting you to gamble.
